At Kat The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your lingerie. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original packaging.

Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
